This project was located in Faifield Connecticut near the shore line.

The home is located in a flood zone and FEMA standards had to be followed during the construction. The project included multiple additions along with a full renovation of the existing home. The house was completely gutted, and the roof was removed to add a new third floor. The garage was completely demolished, including the foundation to commply with set backs, and a new foundation was created for the new garage. Work included a new stone patio and chimney, with masonary walk and flower bed. All siding, roofing, and interior work was new.
