This project was a master bathroom addition to a home that did not have a lot of space to grow into. Being a corner lot, and in an odd position of the setbacks in relationship to the existing house, the hexagonal shape added unique style while fitting nicely into the existing set-back. This helped the owners meet their goal and avoided the cost and time of town variances. In addition to the new bathroomi, they also found room for a new walk-in closet. You will notice the tub and shower are inside one enclosure, allowing the owners to realize another goal of having both, while adding additional flexibility and size to the shower area.
